The Catalans are a biological "Sky Island" and represent life zones from Mexico to Canada while rising a vertical mile above the Tucson basin. With a high elevation of 9,157' above sea level, the Catalans not only offer world class hiking and North America's southernmost ski area, but one of the most scenic byways in the southwest. This guide offers relating text in both English and Spanish.

Easy-to-ready narratives and descriptions in English and Spanish.

This handy and practical map and guide is full of innovative and creative surprises. The fairly heavy, yet soft and velvety synthetic map, features a colorful and easy to read shaded relief map and also 3D trail profiles of ten popular trails. These colorful models illustrate life zones, trail slopes, distances and elevations, trail ability ratings, and optimum hiking season. Trailhead locations and trail descriptions are in both Spanish and English.

This map represents the initial recreational map that Time Traveler has produced. Their very attractive wall maps of the Navajo Lands and Image of the Four Corners are highly detailed digital images, while the new Catalina Mountains map is an easy to read shaded relief map developed by one of the top cartographic firms in America, Allan Cartography in Medford, Oregon.
