Joe himself. Joe's family is from Texas and New Mexico,
so cooking with chili is second nature to him, and he
wants to share it with you. A whole pequin (hot) chili is
included for you to use in your recipe. This comes in a
one pot (8 oz. size and a two pot (20 oz.) size, the
container is reusable.
