launch with responsibility for and development on every aspect
of production including planning, budgeting, scheduling, PHP
code, MySQL database, mail forwarding, administrative
interface, deployment, and client training.
Produced system and functional requirements specifications,
hired and managed subcontractors for creative, application
development, database development, content, and marketing
services, and instructed client’s in-house team on maintenance
