Description:
Produced comprehensive business cases, system-level use
cases, and business process diagrams for eAgency, an insurance
agent and family resource portal.
Gathered business and system requirements from the client by
leading Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions.
Presented the revised system requirements with the client's
upper management team and our internal project management
team.
Organized development team meetings to provide a forum for
communication between project management, the technical lead,
and programmers to ensure client expectations were met.
The new process I developed improved the efficiency of
software development within the company and enabled them to
standardize their methods of requirements management.
